With twists and turns,venture capital industry starts later in China.Along with rapid development of China's economy,the development of venture capital in China can be described as blast.However,we still meet lots of difficulties in operation of venture capital,among which unsound legal system regarding venture capital is more obvious.In order to further promote the industry of venture capital,China needs to borrow experience from other jurisdiction where venture capital industry is developed and reinforce legislation.All of these will make China's economy gain further success.
