Abstract

The flooding of small and medium coal mines does great harm to the environment and resources.It is necessary to reconstruct the coal industry in Shanxi Province in accordance with the intensification and scale of the modern coal industry and it is beneficial to the sustainable development of the energy and the safety in China.
