Abstract
Using Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and Glass’s needs life cycle theory for reference, this paper divides reader demand into five layers and four life cycles, aiming to better study the operation rules and internal structure of knowledge service. Then,it creates the synchronic and diachronic structure charts of knowledge service. Finally, the author discusses the service strategies for knowledge service institutes, based on synchronic and diachronic structure diagrams.
