Abstract

This paper introduces the basic situation and present situation of developing and utilizing of the water resources in Datong City, analyzes on problems existing in developing and utilizing of the water resources, puts forward the countermeasures for the protecting and utilizing water resource from the aspects of strengthening unified management, constructing society of water saving, regulating price of water, renewal distribution water resource, etc.
