Abstract

As a representative work of Chinese classical tragic operas An Unjust Verdict on Dou E possesses distinct national culture features .The ethical characteristic of traditional culture and Chinese people's psychological mechanism of aesthetic judgement were affectting opera authors' movtive of creation deeply,and also conforming to their means of artistic expression. From the conception to the idea and the artistic expression,the brand that is marked by the spirit of Chinese culture can be found in every segment of the classical tragedy creation.
