Comprehensive Standardization Method and Amendment of the Standardization Law——Discussion and Suggestion on the Article 2 of Standardization Law(Draft)

Abstract

As a modern standardization method,comprehensive standardization is a summary of long-term practice of standardization activities in industrial modernization period.Standardization law shall absorb advanced concepts of comprehensive standardization.Based on history and basic content of the method of comprehensive standardization,this paper studies the practice of comprehensive standardization in industry of Radix Notoginseng in Yunnan Wenshan case,and puts forward modified opinion to the Article2 of Standardization Law(Draft).
