Abstract

Discussion is made on the conception,the mode of implementation and the advantages of the fourth party logistics.In view of the shortcomings of the third party logistics,the author suggests that the fourth party logistics be developed in our country.Analysed are the problems existing in the development of our fourth party logistics,and put forth are some considerations and suggestions for its development.
