Clinical observat ion of the efficacy of two kinds of treatment methods in different types of cervical erosion

Objective:To compare the efficacy of two kinds of methods in the treatment of different types of cervical erosion.Methods:156 patients with cervical erosion were divided into three types according to erosion depth, simply type, particle type and nipple type, the LEEP knife and microwave operation were performed in each group, and the efficacy and side effects were observed, the difference between the two methods was compared.Results:No significant difference in efficacy was shown between simply type and particle type group, the efficacy of microwave and LEEP knife cure rates of nipple group were 82.6% and 100.0% respectively, they showed significant difference(P0.05);the side effect of LEEP knife treatment group was significantly lower than that of microwave group;LEEP knife group was superior in surgery to microwave group.Conclusion:LEEP knife is a very effective method in the treatment of cervical erosion, but the cost of surgery is high.In some basic-level hospitals, low cost of microwave surgery can also be selected for patients with simple type and particle type cervical erosion.
