Abstract
Compared with the ordinary CNC machining,High-speed machining has obvious advantages in cutting speed,material removal rate and surface quality. Nowadays,with the rapid development of CNC machine tool industry,the processing performance,spindle speed and movement speed of the CNC machine have been improving continuously. In the technical study of ordinary CNC machining,according to high-speed processing theory,we can improve cutting efficiency,reduce cutting stress and improve the surface quality by increasing the cutting speed and reducing the cutting depth.
