Model of Creativity Factors and Its Application

On the basis of descriptions of Biographer,this paper uses case analysis and history induction,and chooses 100 innovators with outstanding achievements in innovation to analyzing as cases.It found that:(1) there are two levels of creativity,potential and practical creativity. Factors having an effect on the potential are ability aptitude,professional quality,creative skills,personal characteristic and acquired growth.Factors having an effect on the practical are collaboration,practice and innovative features.(2) Innovators need combination of potential and practical creativity,so factors model can be established.Based on the factor theory,model of multiple factors improving creativity can be established.It contains eight jobs,four aspects and 18 measures.Enhancing individual need to start with four angles of families,schools,individuals and society;eight jobs: noticing ability aptitude,improving professional quality,training creative skill,perfecting personality,concerning growth,enhancing coordination,practicing and nurturing spirit.
