There are often college physical test sudden death recently,college students' physical quality is not optimistic,how to enhance college students' physics become a topic of social concern,we adopt the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interviews Dalian City students' extracurricular physical exercise research,pointed out that the influencing factors affect students extracurricular physical exercise,and strategies to promote students' extracurricular physical exercise activities,improvement of physical fitness of university students to provide some reference.
