Abstract

The quality of raw material greatly effect the content of flavonoids from Tartary Buckwheat,so we studied the quality of raw material of Tartary Buckwheat.The results showed that there were flavoniods of leaves、stem、seeds、seed capsule and peel of Tartary Buckwheat,and the order of the content was leavesseeds capsuleseedsstempeel.The content of different place was nearly the same,it's about 3.5%;The treatment of raw material lead to the difference of the content of Tartary Buckwheat.
