Abstract
Introduced a new networking protocol named universal plugplay(UPnP),proposed the protocol of UPnP and its work procedure such as addressing,discovery,description,control,eventing and presentation.Also proposed how to develop the UPnP program with Authoring Tools for UPnP Technologies. An instance of UPnP Light devices program was also presented.
