Abstract
Test program set(TPS) software architecture is a direction of the general purpose automatic test system.Establishing a consistent model is critical to resource management and configuration in the test system.A modeling of auto-test system based TPS and implementation is proposed in this paper,which is implemented via relational database,mainly composed of the automatic test equipment(ATE) configuration,the unit under test(UUT) management and the test board communication.On the platform of Visual Studio 6.0 development,the test engine is established between the main test program and the equipment control test board,which makes the test software independent of the real test resource.This design has been applied successfully in the hybrid circuit integrated test system of a radar.
