Real predicament and way out of land expropriation system in our country

Abstract

There are a lot of real predicament on our country′s land expropriation system,such as scope of land expropriation is vague,land compensation is not rational,expropriation procedure is not perfect,and so on.Social conflicts caused by farmland expropriation are prominent increasingly,and threaten the social stability and harmony in a degree.Therefore,should take scientific development view as guidance,regulate strictly land expropriation scope,perfect land compensation and expropriation procedure as well as actual land expropriation system,enhance farmer′s interest guarantee and make great efforts to realize the development purpose of socialistic harmonious society.
