Abstract

A HPLC method was developed for the determination of phoxim+triazophos 20% EC.The HPLC conditions were XTerra RP18(4.6 mm×150 mm) column,methanol-water(75:25,v/v) as mobile phase,and UV detection at 261 nm.The results showed that the variation coefficients of triazophos and phoxim were 0.63% and 0.60%,the standard deviations were 0.063 and 0.060,the average recoveries were 101.4% and 95.9%,and the linear correlations were 0.999 4 and 0.999 0,respectively.
