Analysis the yelevant infection factors of center venous catheter in ICU and its nusing

Objective:To explore the ICU central venous catheter related infections of the clinical characteristics and nursing measures.Methods:A retrospective of our ICU 358 center venipuncture cases catheter related infections 32 cases.To investigate the clinical characteristics and risk factors and nursing.Results:It was showed that shares venipuncture,infection,the highest neck veins subclavian vein puncturing minimum,as of the extension of time,the increased incidence of infections,application of single lumen venous catheter infections lower incidence of double cavity central venous catheter,the infection with gram-positive bacteria.Conclusion:Pay attention to aseptic norms,strengthening local skin biopsy,selection of disinfection range single lumen catheter,avoid unnecessary other devices,shorten the time,strengthen the indwelling catheter operator training can effectively reduce the incidence of catheter related infections.
