Abstract
ZrO2 nanometer powders were synthesized from self-made alkoxide by sol-gel method.Properties and structure of obtained powders were systematically investigated with TG-DTA. XRD and TEM.The results showed that the morphologies of the composite powders changed from twigged and granular mixtures to granualr to dumbbell.structures. stable temperature of nanometer is up to 1200℃, above this temerature the powder sintered. The powders' crystal structure was amorphous below 300℃. Tetragonal phase maintained after sintered at 500℃, and the phase disappeared completely after sintering temperature over 800℃.
