On the development of higher education study in China in recent 10 years and its future trends ——Take the papers published by Journal of Higher Education as sample

Higher education has made great advancement in recent ten years,while higher education study has also achieved significant progress.Among the fields of higher education study,fundamentals of higher education,system and structure of higher education,curriculum and instruction,operation and administration of institutions of higher education,and international and comparative higher education have represented the majority of publications;dialectical reasoning is the method most of the authors have preferred;there is an important increase in the percentage of professional researchers of higher education,and among them,the percentage of authors with Ph.D.has been enlarged continually.A favorable trend can be predicted on the basis of development in recent ten years for higher education study in the future.
