Abstract
By using micronucleus assays with fish to screen the genotoxicity of five kinds of environmental pollutants, the results showed that they are useful techniques for genotoxicity testing, and potential for in situ monitoring of water quality; In discussion, the author summarized the various techniques used for micronucleus analysis in fish from references and discussed mechanisms for formation of micronuclei in cells.
