Clinical Analysis of 52 Cases of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection in Children

Abstract

Objective: Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children on the diagnosis and treatment.Methods: I gather by June 2006 to December 2007 Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children 52 cases of the clinical data analysis.52 cases were done blood,urine,stool conventional serum MP-IGM test and chest X-ray photo inspection;Erythromycin be 15 ~ 30 mg /(kg·d),Intravenous infusion,1st day,A day for 14 to 21 days,Or azithromycin 10 mg /(kg·d),1st day,For 7 to 10 days;Control symptoms after using azithromycin oral sequential therapy,That azithromycin 10 mg /(kg·d) Oral,1st day,Continuous spent three days,Stopping four days,Treatment for 14 to 21 days.Results Mycoplasma pneumonia in children infected with the age of onset,the open-season,52 cases in a hospital with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children diagnosed 30 cases,The rate was 58%;Cured 51 cases.Conclusion The suspected patients and the use of penicillin or cephalosporin antibiotics are ineffective,Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in time to check.Erythromycin and azithromycin good effect.
