Abstract
The lily hybrids coded LO-1 and LO-2,were two hybrids bred by means of in vitro fertilization and embryo rescue between Lilium formolingi and L.'Tiber' as parents. In this study, two hybrids were determined by RAPD.Three primers with promising amplification were selected out from 25 random primers. The results of amplification indicated that both hybrids had the band from the parents, moreover, each hybrid had its own band, which verified that LO-1 and LO-2 were from two different strains, they were hybrids of the parents.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
