Abstract
The synthesis of cyclohexanone 1,2-propylene glycol ketal from cyclohexanone and 1,2-propylene glycol under the presence of catalyst rare earth solid superacid SO42-/TiO2 /Ce(Ⅳ) was studied. The influent factors on reaction were investigated. The results showed that the appropriate conditions were as follows:molar ratio of cyclohexanone and 1,2-propylene glycol was 1 ∶ 1.5,the amount of catalyst was 1.7% of the total weight of cyclohexanone and 1,2-propylene glycol, the amount of cyclohexane was 30% of the weight of cyclohexanone and 1,2-propylene glycol, reaction time was 1 h.The yield of cyclohexanone was over 84.28% under the optimal conditions.
