Abstract
Head-space GC was applied to the determination of residual amounts of 19organic solvents in plant extracts. The balanced temperature and time of head space were set out at 80 ℃ and 30min.The analytes were separated on DB-FFAP column and detected by FID.Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of 19organic solvents were kept in definite ranges.Detection limit(3S/N)found were ranged from0.005to 0.2mg·L-1.Tests for recovery were performed by addition of mixed standard of 19organic solvents at3concentration levels for 6parallel determinations, results of recovery found were in the range of 92.3%-115%with RSD′s in the range less than 8%.
