Effects of different manage measures on the survival of blueberry softwood cuttings

The research aimed to explore the effects of cottage operation time,different substrates and different hormone treatments on the rooting of softwood cutting.The results showed that the best cottage operation time was the end of June with highest rooting rate,and the best substrate for softwood cutting was sphagnum.The rooting rate,root number and root length were 92.3%,5.2 and 6.1 cm,respectively.Different concentration of ABT1 and ABT6 could promote the rooting of softwood cutting,the index number of rooting raised by 119% and 126% compared with the control.
