Abstract

Based on the calculation of single pile bearing combined with the ultimate bearing capacity of pretest pile from the static load test and the shaft resistance and tip resistance of foundation soil tested under the condition of ultimate load and characteristic load, the optimal models are adopted when designing project pile. With the minimal volume of unit bearing capacity value as the objective function, the geometric dimensions of pile foundation, under the numerous restrictions determined by the standard and real conditions in the project, the optimal models of bearing capacity are built respectively for filling pile, pretest pile and prestressed pipe pile. The model calculation of pile in the test pile project in power plant shows that preconditioned by the assurance of capacity, the optimal design variables can reduce the volume of pile body.
