Breeding of Silage Maize Variety Longqing No.1 and Its Main Points of Cultivation

Silage maize variety Longqing No.1 is single cross variety bred by maize research center of heilongjiang academy of agricultural sciences.The female parent H220 is ourselves breeding inbred line,the male parent G219 is introduced inbred line.This variety requires effective accumulated temperature about 2 550℃ from emergence of seeding to stage of wax ripeness,it's growth period is 115-120 d in the Harbin city.This variety expressed good quality,high yield,stable yield and good resistance in the different experiment.Longqing No.1 is suitable for plant from first zone of accumulated temperature to second zone of accumulated temperature.Planting density about 60 000 plants/ha is suitable for this variety.
