Thought on the Construction of Learning-typed Party Organization and Countermeasures in the New Era

Constructing a learning-typed party is a major strategic task to push forward the great career with Chinese characteristics and the construction of our Party.Institutions of higher education,as the forward positions to foster talents,do scientific researches,serve the society and inherit cultures,should take the mission of constructing a learning-typed party.This paper studied and analyzed the construction of learning-typed party in colleges and universities from the aspects of connotation,the existing problems,and strategies of learning-typed party the learning party,and proposed some suggestions.
