Abstract
In view of existing main problems and reasons of bad management of responsibility cost management in construction enterprises at present in this paper, author deeply and thoroughly analyses them, and puts forward 5 solutions to strengthen it. It is important to strengthen responsibility cost management for construction enterprises, is the key to improve enterprise economic benefit, and is the effective means of straightening out inter economic relationships and motivating the whole staff.
