Abstract
It is not in conformity with the essence of Marxist thought to interpret Marxist philosophy as material ontology,so it is obviously a fallacy. The interpretation not only ignores the profound significance of the great revolution brought about by Marx in the reconstruction of ontology, but obscures the difference in thinking between Marx and Angles. And at the same time,it is not accordant to the innate essence of the logic of ontology. The interpretation cannot assume the historical mission of ideology critique which Marx defined for his philosophy.
