Abstract
This essay establishes a series of performance evaluation indexes of estate enterprise,which based on four points of Balanced Scorecard,that is finance,customer,internal business process,learning and growth.This method overcomes the limitation of traditional evaluation methods based on financial indexes,so it is a scientific method to measure the performance of estate enterprise,and worthy of prompt and application.
