Abstract
Objective To conduct the analysis of urinary sediment and urine bacterial culture,and analyze the consistences of the two methods in the diagnosis of the urinary tract infection.Methods The results of the two methods were analysed by means of ROC curve.Results There are consistencies between the two methods.Conclusion If we can ensure the quality of the test,the result of the urinary sediment analysis can predict the result of the urine bacterial culture,or if not,it would be useful that the negative result of the urinary sediment analysis can be regarded as the basis to exclude the urinary tract infection.
