Abstract
Objectives: The characters of penile microcirculation and hemodynamics were investegated in patients with vascular impotence. Methods:We compared the indexes of penile microcirculation and hemodynamics between 17 cases of patients with vascular impotence and 11 case of health donors. Results: The indexes of penile microcirculation included microvessel density and forme of microvessel. Both microvessel density (27.1±5.2)/mm 2 vs (47.8±6.2)/mm 2 ( P 0.01 ), microvessel deformity rate(32.1± 3.4) % vs (12.8±1.3)% ( P 0.01),and PBI were significant different between patients with vacular impotence and control subjects; The PBI was significant related to the index of penile microcirculation. Conclusions: The changes of penile microcirculation are related to the changes of organic in patients with vascular impotence. The correlations of the indexes of hemodynamics and the penile microcirculation were not significant. The indexes of hemodynamics are easilly interfered.
