Effect of foreign direct investment on Xi'an economic growth

Abstract

Foreign direct investment(FDI) has made enormous contribution to the economic growth of Xi'an city since 1989.This article has firstly carries on the relations between foreign direct investment and economic growth,then analyzes the relations between foreign direct investment of Xi'an city and economic growth by authentic analysis method,finally comes to the conclusion that foreign direct investment has made more contribution to economic growth than domestic investment from the point of efficiency by calculating unit contribution rate of elements.
