Research on Food Safety Traceability System in China

Abstract

It is the key to construct the food safety traceability system for ensuring food quality and safety.In this study,principle of food traceability was discussed from the aspects of food supply chain and asymmetry information theory,then the research situation of food safety traceability system at home and abroad was introduced.The emphasis was put on the suggestions on the system construction in China and several problems worthy of consideration.
