Abstract
Sunroof opening rate and the window( the area of the vent)-wall rate have a direct influence on the building's effect of natural ventilation. This paper based on the spherical office building with a four-way atrium in Xi'an with the CFD method analyzed the sunroof opening rate's and window-wall rate's effect on the office building's natural ventilation,the research has shown that when the sunroof opening rate and the window-wall rate increase,so does the building's ventilation rate; when the window-wall rate is a certain,the building's effect of natural ventilation is the best with sunroof opening at a rate of 50%; when the sunroof opening rate is constant,the building's effect of natural ventilation is the best with window-wall at a rate of 0. 15.
