Analysis of 126 cases of autopsy in Panzhihua

Objective To explore the pathological characters of 126 cases of autopsy for 20 years in Panzhihua region.Methods 126 cases of autopsy clinical and pathological data were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of 126 cases,111 cases was positive autopsy and 15 cases was negative autopsy.95 cases was involved medical dispute cases.103 cases of pathological death,non-pathological death of 23 cases,40 cases of sudden death.The total misdiagnosis rate was 37.9%.In Pathological death,the diseases of respiratory system hold the first place,followed by the rest of the cardiovascular system,digestive system,nervous system diseases and other diseases.Conclusion Scientific and precise postmortem is of great importance in increasing the diagnosis level.It could not only define the death cause,but also provide medical basis for resolving medical disputes.
