Abstract
Molecular markers is a new and better markers after morphological markers, cytological markers and biochemical markers. Molecular markers developed rapidly in these years. This article showed the theories and characteristics of a few molecular markers. The research of the technology of molecular markers on fruit was summarized. In the end, the expectation of application of molecular markers was remarked and the question that existed was showed.
