Abstract

Burnout is a prolonged response to chronic emotional and interpersonal stressors on the job, and is defined by the three dimensions of exhaustion, cynicism,and inefficacy.There are many origins arose job burnout,besides individual factors, environment factors are more important,including work overload, lack of control, insufficient reward, breakdown of community, absence of fairness and conflicting values,etc.Investigators suggest that the best way to mitigate teacher's job burnout is teaching them coping strategies.
