Analysis on Gold Prospecting Potential of Kuhai Area in Qinghai Province

The Kuhai area is located in the eastern part of south belt,East Kunlun orogenic,and the north side of South Kunlun fracture,where is the binding site for groups of tectonic units.Previous work in the area ring out integrated multi impose Au,As,Sb elements based stream sediment anomalies,anomalous components is complex,the fit is good,high strength.Through geological,geochemical and surface engineering inspection,control,a number of large-scale gold broken alteration zones,the body of gold and good prospecting clues are found in the stream sediment anomalies.In this paper,based on the analysis of ore-forming background of geochemical anomalies characteristics,types of gold mineralization,we think the metallogenic geological conditions of this district is good for finding orogenic-the prospect of altered rock type gold deposits.
