Abstract
To build socialism with Chinese characteristics is the theoretical theme of the important thought of Three Represents,which calls for answers to the two basic questions: what is socialism and how to construct it;what kind of party we try to construct and how to construct it.The important thought of Three Represents has answered the two basic questions.It is the powerful theoretical weapon for us to strengthen and improve our party construction and to push self-improvement and self-development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
