Abstract
The essential oils were extracted from Zingiber officinale Rosc. by supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) and steam distillation (SD). The amounts of the components from the essential oil were determined by normalization method. The components were separated and identified by GC/MS. There were 47 components from Zingiber officinale Rosc. by SFE were separated and identified, which composed of about 72% of the total essential oil. There were 53 components from Zingiber officinale Rosc. by SD that composed of about 89% of the total essential oil were separated and identified.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
