Abstract
HPLC method for determination of naringin content in different tissue of 3 kinds of pummelos(Citrus grandis L.) was developed.The linear range was 0.056~0.504 μg(r=0.9998),the average recoveries was 98.6%(RSD=2.13%).The naringin conwas remarkable significant in different organ of three kinds pummelo fruit.In different kinds,naringin content of peel was highest,the taibei yu peel acconting for 832.76×10-6 g/100 g fresh weight,it can be used for commercial obtainment of naringin,and the seed was the second,vesicals was lowest.The bitter of pummelo fruit was strong as fresh weight of naringin increasing.
