Abstract
Exam anxiety is one of the main stressor resources facing the college students. A (sample) of 150 college students was studied to examine and analyze the relationship between (competitive) state anxiety and exam anxiety. The result of correlation test and multiple regression showed that there was a significant correlation between them and the cognitive anxiety affected exam anxiety most. Therefore,sport anxiety could be regulated through exercising and exam (anxiety) could be relieved through methods of reducing competitive state anxiety.
