Abstract

As one of the access technology,GPON has great potentialities.This paper introduces the technical characteristics,networking technology and network protection scheme of GPON system.Based on the current situation and characteristics of power communication system,it analyses the feasibility of GPON deployment in this system,and put forward some solutions.
