Abstract

Digital TV is a system using digital technology to process the signals when collecting,producing,transmitting and receiving the programs.To build a secure,stable platform for creating value-added benefits to Broadcast Television operators is a simple but complex task.This article focuses on the program source and the hardware selection in building of digital TV head-end.
