Abstract

Core competitiveness is the base of enterprises' survival,and strategic alliance is an effective way to develop enterprises' core competitiveness.For numerous small and medium enterprises in Henan,if they want to win in the increasingly intense competition,they need to change their competition concept,pay special attention to the use of strategic alliances,and foster and strengthen their core competitiveness through strategic alliances.
