Abstract

The hydrocyclone has become a type of unique separation facility due to its special separation principle and structural characteristics.The thesis designs a new hydrocylone separator for micro-irrigation.Through experimental study on the new hydrocyclone separator,we draw a conclusion that the designed production capacity at around 30 m3/h,division granularity at 27.5,separation limit at 95.0,separation precision at 0.42.The experimental result shows the new hydrocyclone separator can meet the requirement for micro-irrigation.
