Abstract

Socialist political civilization is an important goal of constructing all-round rich society. Constructing socialist political civilization is both the requirement of contemporary socialism and that of developing socialist market economy, and also the requirement of socialist democratic system. Socialism with Chinese characteristics demands the harmony and mutual development of material, spiritual and political civilizations
