Abstract

The doctrine inherited the system of Qin Dynasty reflects the inheritance relations between the Han and Qin Dynasty.This relationship was reflected in every aspect of the Qin and Han society,also sufficiently expressed in the capital building.Chang'an city of Han was developed based on the south bank of Weihe River of Qin's capital,so it was influenced by Xianyang city with no doubt.However,Chang'an city of Han was not to accept totally but to inherit selectively.It inherited Xianyang city of Qin with seeking for reformation and development,and created its own characteristics.Furthermore,Chang'an city of Han had an extremely important impact on the development of Chinese ancient capital.
